At Demonstar, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below:
Returns & Exchanges
- Eligibility: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Exchanges: You may exchange your item for another product of equal or lesser value within the 14-day return window.

If the requested product is out of stock, we will issue store credit for the original purchase amount.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Defective or Faulty Items
- If you receive a defective product due to a manufacturer’s fault, we will gladly replace it or issue store credit at no cost to you.
- Please contact us immediately with photos of the defect so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Final Sale Items
- Pre-orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges, unless the item arrives defective.
Refunds & Store Credit
- Approved returns will be refunded in the form of store credit unless otherwise stated.
- Store credit does not expire and can be used toward any future purchase on our site.
Processing Time
- Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your store credit, exchange, or replacement has been issued.
