Demonstar Shipping Policy
At Demonstar, we work hard to ensure your order arrives quickly and securely. Please review our shipping guidelines below.
1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.
- During high-volume periods (such as product drops, sales, or pre-orders), processing times may take longer.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
- Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the carrier.
- Demonstar is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
3. Domestic & International Shipping
- We ship both within the United States and internationally.
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their country.
- Customs clearance procedures may cause delivery delays outside of our control.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the package has been scanned by the carrier.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Demonstar is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly and then notify us at help@demonstar.shop so we can assist where possible.
6. Pre-Orders
- Pre-order items are shipped on or after the estimated release date stated on the product page.
- All pre-orders are final sale and cannot be cancelled or refunded unless the product is defective.
